UPS is the preferred method of shipping except in cases of oversized merchandise requiring the use of truck freight. No cancellation is allowed once the items have been shipped. If the package is refused upon delivery, customer will be charged the full amount less the total inbound and outbound shipping cost, plus 30% restocking fee.
